Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your purchase, we will accept a return and process a refund provided that the product is unused and in it's original condition. The sale of all limited edition products or sale products are final and non-refundable.

Please notify the Cushionopoly returns department (care@cushionopoly.com.au) and let us know if you wish to return any products. 

Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Local customers are responsible for shipping returned and exchanged items. Cushionopoly will cover the outgoing expense for an exchanged item. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. For defective products, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost on receipt of the product.

International Returns & Exchanges
International customers are responsible for shipping, duties, customs, and taxes on returned or exchanged items. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.

Faulty Product

Cushionopoly will gladly repair or exchange faulty products.   If the product cannot be replaced we will offer a refund or exchange.

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery cost.  

We will incur the shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty. We will not pay the shipping costs for items which are damaged due to mistreatment.
